MORTAGE ADVISOR
David Davies Sales and Lettings is a regionally recognised estate agent that has been established 40 years. The business is a proud Guild member with a track record of excellent customer services.
Due to continued growth and expansion we are pleased to be recruiting a high quality individual whom will lead our mortgage broker business.
The role will cover our North West offices as well as your own lead generation. You will be self managed so you will need to be disciplined and committed to dealing with your case load online and over the telephone.
This is an exciting opportunity to work along side one of the fastest growing regional estate agents.
We require a motivated individual to help drive sales in a rapidly growing market and we are looking for a highly driven individual who is keen to learn and take on the challenge of advising within this established business.
The successful candidate will need to have a fantastic attitude and be able to adapt to a highly competitive environment to achieve success.
What you will need to succeed:
• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified and CASe
• Previous experience as a mortgage and protection adviser is highly essential, ideally 2 + years in a broker role
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner are essential
• Good written, oral communication and numeracy skills
You will need to be sales driven and self motivated to achieve your targets. A basic salary of £30,000 pa plus commission.

EXPERIENCED SALES COORDINATOR
A vacancy has arisen within our busy network of St Helens offices for a full time Experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team. The role will be based within one of our three offices either St Helens town centre, Eccleston or Rainford, working alongside our existing team offering our excellent standard of customer service.
The role is sales focused with a strong emphasis on excellent customer service and requires an individual who is passionate about the property industry and able to work within a fast?paced environment whilst ensuring all legal requirements are met.
The successful candidate will possess the follows skills/qualities:
- A passion to deliver ‘Excellent Customer Service’ with an understanding of strong customer relationships.
- Strong Negotiating skills.
- Sales Focused with an eye to capture additional revenue leads for the business.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (including letter writing)
- Strong Administration Skills.
- Able to build strong relationships with our clients and understand their property needs. The ability to work within a team along with being able to selfmotivate when working alone.
- ‘Time Management’ & experience working to deadlines.
- Access to own car and clean driving licence.
- Attention to detail.
- Estate Agency experience essential
The role will include (but is not limited to):
- Dealing with property enquiries from a variety of medias (telephone, face to face, email) with a positive, sales focused manner.
- Arranging viewings, seeking and providing feedback in relation to viewings.
- Preparing all property material ready for marketing and ensuring ongoing presentation including arranging.
- Reviewing properties and liaising with Sellers.
- Negotiating Sales
- Ensuring best price is achieved.
- Sales Progression – Handling the progression of a sale, liaising with all parties involved including Solicitors, assisting and encouraging the progress.
